These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platforms—OneDox, OneVue, and OneCue ("Services"). By accessing or using any part of these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep login credentials secure and confidential
Not misuse the platform (e.g., reverse engineering, unauthorized data extraction)

3. Subscription and Licensing

Use of Services may be subject to a paid subscription or enterprise license. All intellectual property remains the property of Z2O Technologies Pvt ltd.

4. Document and Asset Management Responsibilities

For OneDox: You are responsible for the content you upload or store.
For OneVue and OneCue: You are responsible for the accuracy of project and asset-related inputs.

5. AI-Driven Features Disclaimer

AI functionalities such as document chat, summarization, performance insights, and predictive analytics are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to be error-free or complete.

6. Downtime and Service Interruptions

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of:

Violation of these Terms
Unauthorized usage or security breaches
Expiration of service contracts or licenses

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months of service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
